1. Condensate drain

Condensate discharge involves the entire pneumatic system, from air compressor, gas tank, piping system and air filter and automatic drainer. The freezing water should be discharged at the end of the operation in case the temperature of the night is below zero, leading to freezing of condensate. As the temperature drops in the pipe at night, the condensate water will be further precipitated, so the pneumatic device should be discharged before operation.

Check the lubricating oil

1. When the pneumatic device is running, check whether the oil mist should meet the requirements and whether the oil color is normal, that is, oil should not be mixed with dust and water.

2. Oil mist should be replenishing once a week: when filling oil, you should pay attention to the decrease of oil quantity. If the fuel consumption is too little, the amount of oil should be adjusted. After the adjustment of oil quantity is still less or no oil, should check whether the oil mist import and export is anti-back, the pipe is blocked. Moderately to understand whether the oil content, its method is to put a clean white paper in the reversing valve near the outlet of valve in the work after three to four cycles, if only a very light spots on white paper, show that lubrication is good, suitable for oil mist content.

Maintenance of air compressor

1. Leak check to check for air leakage.

2. The motor triangle belt is loose and aging.

3. Special attention should be paid to the addition of engine oil in the crankcase of the air compressor. The oil shall not be lower than the lower limit of the oil scope, and the oil shall be replenished or replaced according to the air compressor's nameplate, which conforms to the viscosity of winter use.
